Roam & Board is one person, so there is one address. It is read by a human, usually within a couple of days.
The most useful message you can send. If a site is on private land, inside Wilderness, closed, gated, charging a fee we don't show, or simply not where the pin says — tell us and it gets fixed or removed.
Subject: Listing correctionRequests to see, export, correct or delete what we hold. You can delete your account yourself from the account panel; email works too. Write from the address on your account.
Subject: Privacy requestDouble charges, a charge after cancelling, or a Pro feature that didn't unlock. Cancelling itself is self-service and needs no email.
Subject: BillingWhat you did, what happened, and which browser. A screenshot helps more than a description.
Subject: Bug reportOutfitters, gear shops, firewood delivery, satellite communicator companies — the sponsorship details are in the app under Feature Your Business.
Subject: Featured Listing InquiryCorrections to the road data, spots worth adding, or a note that something is useful. All welcome.
Subject: HelloThis inbox is checked when it is checked. If you are in trouble in the backcountry, call 911 or use a satellite communicator — do not email us. For current fire restrictions, closures and road conditions, contact the local ranger district or field office directly; they will always know more than we do.
